Solution: Use report gallery (tab/panel in lower-right of the screen)

1. Open existing report (to export band\label\field layout)
2. Right click each band > Add to Report Gallery
3. Export Report gallery (when not in the same instance)
4. Import Report gallery
5. Drag each band to the report
